Evenings are the time to relax, catch up, socialize at the bar – and talk skiing! After a pre-dinner drink, enjoy an indulgent three-course evening meal with ski friends and family. Wine is included and cheeses on selected evenings, followed by freshly brewed filter coffee. As one guest describes it, it’s like being at a “great dinner party”.

Chalet staff day off
The chalet team have one well-deserved evening off each ski week (normally a Thursday), a great opportunity for guests to sample one of the many restaurants in town. The SB ski team are always happy to make recommendations, and make dinner reservations for your friends and family.
Special dietary requirements

Meals for children
The evening meal for all children aged 11 years old and under, is served at 6pm in the dining room. The two-course meal is freshly prepared by Head Chef Toby, and is designed to be nutritious and tasty.
