How things might look this winter
Your health and safety remains paramount to us. Whilst things are continually evolving this is currently how Hotel Chalet d’Antoine and the ski resort of Megève are set to look this winter to ensure your skiing experience is still amazing yet safe:
- Rooms – extra time allocated to clean and sanitise rooms between guest departures and arrivals. Room keys will be sanitised, as well as high touch areas, such as light switches. Rooms will be cleaned as usual on a daily basis, unless guests request us not to. Complimentary toiletries will still be available but on request from Reception.
- Hand sanitiser – available at the front door, reception, at the bar and at entrance to the dining room.
- Masks/face coverings must be worn when moving around the communal areas of the chalet except when eating or drinking!
- Staff will wear masks at all times in communal areas and when preparing food.
- Communal areas of bar and dining room sanitised frequently.
- Dining room – tables will be spaced 1 metre apart, smaller table configurations where possible. Tables and chairs will be sanitised between seatings. Staggered breakfast times.
- Bar – table service only, added to room bills. Card payment preferred to settle bills, but cash accepted.
- Ski and Boot room – outer door to be kept open when occupied and extra chairs will be available in the corridor to allow greater social distancing.
- Megève is set to open as usual on 19/12/20 (partial opening 12/12/20)
- Social distancing measures will be in place in queues
- Aprés ski will be a less rowdy affair! based around table service
- If you are over the age of 11 you must wear a face mask/covering on all lifts
- Hand sanitiser will be easily accessible throughout the ski area buildings
