Watch the MB Race Culture Vélo – the longest one-day mountain bike race in the world!

The MB Race Culture Vélo takes place on 5th to 7th July in the Portes du Mont-Blanc region. Riders cover an amazing 140km and 7,000 metres of elevation and will travel through Combloux, Megève, La Giettaz, Cordon and Sallanches.

This is known as the world’s most difficult race because so many starters fail to finish!

For the first time in 2015, the race was integrated into the UCI calendar and over 2,000 racers competed in Combloux and Megève. This year, the world’s best riders will come together in Combloux following the World Marathon Cup.

In 2018, the race will take place on 6th & 7th July at Megève. Combloux will also be in the spotlight as the secondary village.

July – just an ideal time for a getaway to Megève

Why not visit the Hotel Chalet d’Antoine in July and watch this exciting event? There’s lots on offer for bikers and hikers in the mountains during the summer.  Please contact the SB Ski reservations team if you would like further information about booking a holiday, or short break, at this time.
