Delicious food and inspiring menu choices always rate as a highlight with guests staying at the Hotel Chalet d’Antoine

Every year hundreds of SB Ski guests staying at the Hotel Chalet d’Antoine in Megève rate the dining experience as one of the key holiday highlights. After 14 years with SB Ski, Head Chef Toby Fisher has built a great reputation for designing and creating delightful menus and cooking innovative food.  Here’s a sample of what you can expect.

Great food – the perfect accompaniment to any ski holiday

Breakfast: Freshly brewed coffee, tea or fruit juice. There are fresh eggs cooked to order, porridge, plus a breakfast buffet. The buffet includes freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries, cereals and an exciting array of locally sourced produce including jam, honey and cheeses.

Afternoon tea: On return from the slopes it’s time for tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Plus homemade cakes and bakes.

Children’s tea: The early evening meal for children is thoughtfully prepared to provide healthy and tempting food choices.

Evening meal: The evening dining experience provides the perfect end to any winter ski day. After a pre-dinner drink in the bar, enjoy a three-course evening meal. The traditional dining room provides the ideal setting for a cosy evening with friends.
